Title:
DAMPER-EQUIPPED WHEEL OF AUTOMOBILE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3910001
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding comfort in frequency domain equal to or more than 10 Hz, and to reduce load noise as well.
SOLUTION: A wheel is composed of a rim 10, disk 20 and damper 30, and the damper 30 has a rubber member 33. The rubber member 33 has the first parts 33a, 33b that mainly yield plastic/elastic deformation mainly, and has the second part 33c acting as a stopper rubber. The first parts 33a, 33b extend to the wheel axle direction, and its inside and outside circumferential face is not restricted to become a free surface. A fixed part to the rim side and disk side of the first parts 33a, 33b is within a face, which orthogonally crosses the wheel axle direction. Taking the first parts 33a, 33b of rubber member 33 as a spring, a resonance point of vibration system that has a vehicle as the mass is set at 6-12 Hz, preferably at 8-10 Hz.
