Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive force generated from a viscoelastic damper from affecting an architectural structure or the like even under low temperature, and facilitate construction with a simple structure and enable installation in a small space, thereby to attain cost reduction.SOLUTION: In the inner peripheral part of an outer pipe 30, a movable pipe 52 is inserted into a one end part side of a viscoelastic damper connected to a core material 20 through a viscoelastic body 40. The movable pipe 52 is fixed to the outer pipe 30 through a fastening member 70, by fastening a bolt 60 inserted from the outside to the outer pipe 30. When force due to shear deformation of the viscoelastic body 40 exceeds a predetermined value, a slide mechanism part 90 relatively slides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
