Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a positive connected state when a hose having a flat outer circumferential surface is connected by a hose clamp having a liner fastening member arranged in a helical manner.SOLUTION: In this invention, an end part 11 of a flexible hose 1 is applied to cover a coupler inner pipe 41, its outer circumference is fastened by a hose clamp 2 to connect the hose 1. An outer circumferential surface of the flexible hose 1 is formed to have a substantial flat cylindrical shape. The hose clamp 2 has a linear fastening member 21 formed in a helical shape. A cylindrical member 3 is arranged between the flexible hose 1 and the hose clamp 2. The cylindrical member 3 is formed with resilient resin material as its major element and shows a flexibility. An inner circumferential surface 31 of the cylindrical member 3 is formed into a substantial flat cylindrical shape and the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member has a helical groove 33 corresponding to a helical shape of the linear fastening member 21 of the hose clamp. The linear fastening member 21 is fitted into the helical groove 33 to fasten the hose clamp under a state in which an attitude of the hose clamp 2 is stabilized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
