Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper for a loudspeaker, where a temperature at forming is lower than that of a conventional damper, no special cooler is required, the damper is manufactured by diverting an existing installation, the damper has superior anti-deflection performance and anti-chemical performance that are the requirements for the damper, a desired displacement is selected in addition and moreover a bonding performance with other member is satisfactory.
SOLUTION: A woven cloth made of a filament of a core sheath structure, where a polyethylene terephthalate is used for a core material 1a and a polypropylene is used for a sheath material 1b is used for a base material, and an auxiliary material 1c made of a woven cloth or an unwoven cloth made of a material, whose adhesion performance is more excellent than that of the woven cloth and whose displacement is freely adjusted, is placed to one side or both sides of the base material and the material 1c is laminated and integrated to the one side or both the sides of the base material through hot forming processing followed by cold forming processing in this damper for loudspeaker.
