PURPOSE: To prevent slip and running sound of a go-cart while reducing wear by sticking a rubber tip on the front surface or back surface of a rubber plate at a given thickness with the use of adhesive or by baking, adapted for laying of a walk space in a golf field.

CONSTITUTION: On the front surface or back surface of a rubber plate, a rubber tip which is mixed into epoxy resin solvent is bonded, or expanded in uniform and baked with the use of a heating roller, which is laid on, walk space of respective courses in a golf field. Thus, it is possible to prevent slip or running sound of a man or go-cart while reducing wear of the rubber plate, enabling repeated processing.
