Abstract:

To provide a data access control system for realizing an improved control configuration to the access to a memory in a device.

A memory-mounted device receives an access control ticket from an access appliance and permits the access appliance described on the ticket on the conditions that the authentication is established, based on the authentication rule described on the ticket, and identification data of the access appliance described on the ticket is confirmed. Various kinds of authentication modes and ticket modes can be set for each access to realize access control capable of setting the security level, according to the memory access. A category or an identifier of a ticket issuing means and a utilizing means is stored in the ticket and can be verified by the device.
