Abstract:
To defect the mounting and demounting of the apparatus cover without bringing the size-up and cost increase of the apparatus.
The electronic apparatus comprises a flash memory 20 to store main programs, RAM 30 to store data, a battery BAT to feed power to maintain data, and an attached cover 2 that connects electrically between the RAM and the battery. When the cover 2 is detached, the electrical connection between the RAM and the battery is disconnected and a cover detachment sensor 40 issues a cover detachment signal (a), and the cover detachment signal is kept in a F/F circuit 70, while CPU 11 erases programs in the flash memory if the detachment signal is kept in the F/F circuit.
