Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the data driven type information processor which can easily convert a generation number fast with high precision.
CONSTITUTION: The data driven type information processor includes a circuit 80 which generates an address for accessing a generation number conversion table 72 from part of the contents of a data packet and circuits 86, 88,92, 94, and 96 which access the generation number conversion table 72 with the address to read out a generation number after conversion, substitute the read data for part of the generation number of the input data packet, and outputs the result. The complicated converting processing for the generation number can be performed by one instruction with high precision. The constitution of the generation number can be altered by using a VMS signal and which part of the data packet is used to access the table and which part of the generation number is converted can be altered in combination with instruction information OPC.
