Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to extract valid data from data of Manchester codes used for digital data transmission or the like.
SOLUTION: The data extract circuit is provided with a counter 3 that counts number of clock pulses by using input data of Manchester codes for a switching signal of up-down count, a 2nd counter 5 that is operated for the same period as that of the Manchester codes with upper limit and lower limit count outputs of the counter 3 to load a prescribed value, and a flip-flop 6 sampling data of the Manchester codes based on an output of the 2nd counter 5. In this case, the flip-flop 6 samples data of the most significant bit (MSB) of the counter based on a clock signal extracted by the 2nd counter 5.
