Abstract:
To easily and precisely extract a region where significant data exists, from data group having a plurality of states.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a data extracting method for extracting a region with significant data 111 from one or more data groups 11 having a plurality of states. According to the method, distribution 12 of a predetermined value obtained directly or indirectly from the obtained data group 11 is calculated by using a computer. Among the calculated distribution of the predetermined value, ranges 121, 122 of predetermined values corresponding to a state of the extracted object is calculated. From the data group 11, a region having predetermined values that are included in the calculated range and are larger than the predetermined amount is extracted as the extracted object region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
