PURPOSE: To provide a data output device which enables a person handicapped in visual sense to output data with the same resolving power as the resolving power of the data for a nonhandicapped person and to easily handle this device.
CONSTITUTION: A control section does not sound a buzzer as a dot is a a white square and dot data is a '0' in the beginning when a user is assumed to move a touch pen in a touched state in a lower right direction from an origin position of a touch input section. The dot is a black square and the dot data is a '1' and, therefore, the buzzer is sounded when the touch pen P arrives at a position of coordinates (4, 4). Next, the dot is the white square and, therefore, the buzzer is not sounded when the touch pen P is moved to the position (lower right) of coordinates (5, 5); however, the dot is the black square and, therefore, the buzzer is sounded when the touch pen is moved to the position (lateral right) of the coordinates (5, 4). Henceforth, the buzzer is similarly sounded only when the touch pen P arrives at the positions of the black squares.
