Title:
DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR PEN INPUT-TYPE COMPUTER SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2718420
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To precisely detect the small and real detached state of an electronic eliminator from the surface of a work pad, in a pen base computer system.
CONSTITUTION: The write end part 38 of a stylus 20 is used for writing data into the system and an elimination end part 38' for eliminating data from the system. A pressure sensing converter 10 and a pressure detector 42, which are positioned on the write end part 38 and a pressure converter 10' and a pressure detector 42', which are positioned on the elimination end part 38' are connected to a multiplexer 36'. Since the pressure converter 10 is brought into contact with the surface of the tablet and the position of the chip 4 of the write end part 38 is set, data is written into the system. Further, the pressure converter 10' is brought into contact with the surface of the tablet and the position of the tip of the elimination end part 38' is set. Thereby, data is eliminated from the system.
