Scenery etc. is imaged by an imaging means provided on a predetermined position of the vehicle. The image data which is imaged, together with a position data of the vehicle is transmitted and the transmitted image data and position data are received and cumulated in a predetermined central unit 30. When the position data etc. from a user are received by the central unit 30 side, the image data etc. cumulated corresponding to the position are transmitted.
