Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary traffic.SOLUTION: Each home subscriber server 3 includes: a connection data storage section 31 for storing a connection state with a session control server to be connected to a self device and a connection state with another home subscriber server 3 to be connected to the session control server as connection data; transfer means 30f for transferring data to the other home subscriber server being in the connection state with the session control server when a disconnection state between the self device and the session control server is determined based on the connection data in a case where the data to be transmitted to the session control server is received; and transmission means 30b for transmitting the data to the session control server when the connection state between the self device and the session control server is determined based on the connection data in a case where the data to be transmitted to the session control server is received.
