To provide a data transmission system which prevents that a high priority communication is interfered by a low priority communication, the transmission source device of which is different from that of the high priority communication, and to provide a data transmission method of the same.
Before transmitting one or more data packets that include transmission data in a data part to another device, a transmitter 12 of a first device A transmits a first packet to a second device B to notify that a serial bus is started to be used. The second device B has a flag register 34 to store a bus using flag that indicates the using state of the serial bus. On receiving the first packet, a receiver 18 of the second device B sets the bus using flag to "using", and the transmitter 16 transmits data packets to the other device as long as the bus using flag is not set to "using".
