Abstract:
To set a fine offset value with a fast speed in a mode 2 without loosing the relation between I data and Q data.
Data extension is performed by inserting a plurality of pieces of data being the same rate as the slow data into slow data side and is multiplexed to a format in order to make a slower rate meet a faster rate by comparing the transmission rate of the I data with that of the Q data. As a result, the offset value of the faster transmission rate can be set without loosing the relation between the I and Q data.
