PURPOSE: To increase the reliability and to perform high speed transmission, by directly storing a received command frame to other data memories when the frame is addressed to the other station, in a stored exchange type dataway system.

CONSTITUTION: Two sets of transmission controlling sections 6a and 6b including at least reception controlling sections 61a and 61b, and data memories 63a and 63b are provided in a dataway station, and when a received command frame at the sections 61a and 61b is addressed to the station itself, the frame is stored to the data memories 63a and 63b of the said transmission controlling sections 6a and 6b, and when addressed to the other station, the command frame is directly stored to the data memories of the other transmission controlling section through the provision of an exclusive data transfer path for the sections 6a and 6b, allowing to eliminate the need for the transfer of data from the data memories 63a and 63b of one transimission controlling to the other.
