To secure higher safety by detecting ground faults of dc currents at lower cost with high accuracy.
A detector includes a zero-phase current transformer (ZCT)41 which measures the difference of quantities of the dc currents flowing through a plurality of dc lines 39A, 39B via a detecting core 44, and outputs a current measuring signal, a temperature sensor 50 which measures a temperature near the zero-phase current transformer (ZCT)41 and outputs a temperature measuring signal, and an MPU53 that makes correction in the temperature of the difference of the quantities of the currents corresponding to the measuring signal by a temperature corresponding to the temperature measuring signal and detects the dc ground fault generated in a conductor to be measured, based on the difference of the quantities of the currents after corrected in temperature.
