Title:
DC MOTOR UTILIZING ELECTROMAGNETIC FORCE INDUCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLEMING'S LEFT HAND RULE FOR CONTINUOUS ROTARY MOTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09149617
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To realize a DC motor with which the loss time of a torque and the torque ripple caused by the necessity of switching the direction of a current are eliminated and which utilizes fluxes of magnets efficiently, generates an electromagnetic force many times repeatedly, etc., to improve the efficiency.

The magnetic circuit of a motor is composed of magnets 22, 23 and 24, coils 25 and 26 and a magnetic path 21. A double-stage top-shaped rotor 30 is provided in the fields 28 and 29 in the gap of the magnetic circuit. Double-stage repeating conductors 19 of many turns are fixed to the rotor 30. The repeating conductors 19 are connected in series to both the coils 25 and 26. If a current is applied to the repeating coils 19 and the coils 25 and 26 through brushes 31 and 32, the magnetic field 28 in the gap of the magnetic circuit is increased and an electromagnetic force corresponding to the number of turns is generated by the repeating conductors 19 of many turns in one direction only to make the rotor 30 rotate.
