A motor has a coil which is composed of (n) effective coils 1a and 1b and (n+1) taps 2a, 2b and 2c. The taps 2a, 2b and 2c are successively connected to the segments 3a, 3b and 3c of a commutator which has the same number of the segments as the taps. Thus, as the number of the taps of the coils and the number of the segments are same, a connection process can be simplified and a rotor which hardly has a failure can be obtained with a small number of processes. Further, if a coil is made of copper alloy having a high tensile strength and a high resistivity, a rotor which realizes a high resistance and a low current can be obtained.
