Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the reliabilities of storage batteries, to enhance the preventive maintenance for the batteries, and to eventually provide a DC power supply device which is as a whole small in size and has a high efficiency, by measuring the capacity of one storage battery being in parallel operation.
SOLUTION: In this DC power supply device, a plurality of units 11, 12, 13..., with one unit being a circuit constituted of an AC rectifying circuit section 115, a storage battery 113, and a DC-DC converting section 116, are parallelly connected to supply power to a load 20. Each unit is provided with an operation stopping means 117, a voltage measuring means 118, and an output voltage variable command means 119, and therefore a command signal can be transmitted between the AC rectifying circuit section 115 and the DC-DC converting section 116.
