Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a new dead porous formwork panel simplifying part of the construction process, having a beautiful appearance after construction, reinforcing the structural strength, capable of preventing weathering and discoloration, and reducing the surface hardness and to provide a new concrete structure using it.
CONSTITUTION: The bulk volume ratio between cement P2 and dried rice husks P1 is set to the range of about 1:1-1:3, the water/cement ratio is set to the range of about 40-60%, and a cement paste is formed with the cement P2 and water. The cement paste and the dried rice husks P1 are mixed and stirred to form a cement/rice husk kneaded material, and it is pressurized and cured at the compression ratio in the range of 1.1-1.4.
