Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable deaeration structure for a liquid injection device for ensuring sufficient deaeration for brake liquid to be supplied to a brake liquid piping system.
SOLUTION: A recovery guide pipe 33, connected at its one end to the bottom 32a of a recovery tank 32 and led to a position higher than the bottom 32a of the recovery tank 32, is further led to the inside of a deaeration tank 10, and thereby brake liquid remaining in excess at the supply head 20 side is stored for a long time in the recovery tank 32 with deaeration made sufficiently and guided into the deaeration tank 10, and the brake liquid in the direction tank 10 is made to flow into a relay tank 13 from the bottom 13a side through a relay pipe 14, and thereby the brake liquid, being prevented from mixing with air, is sent under pressure by operation of a booster cylinder 19 to the supply head 20 through a supply pipe 16.
