Abstract:

To reduce weight and noise by forming the second gear kept into contact with the first gear mounted on an output axis of a motor of a motor driving device, and the fourth gear kept into contact with the third gear mounted on the common shaft with the second gear, with the synthetic resin composite material.

A roller clutch 11 to which the torque of unidirectional rotation, is transmitted, is inserted between the second gear 9 manufactured by the injection molding of a polyamide resin combined with glass fiber, and a shaft 10 for supporting the second gear 9. The third gear 12 is integrally mounted on the shaft 10, and is kept into contact with the fourth gear 13, to transmit the torque. The output of a motor 6 is transmitted from the first gear 8 formed at a point of an output shaft 7, to the second gear 9 made of the synthetic resin composite material, and is further transmitted to the fourth gear 13 kept into contact with the third gear 12 mounted on the common shaft with the second gear. By using the synthetic resin composite material for the fourth gear 13, noise and weight can be further effectively reduced.
