Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative building board, in which a monotonous feeling in a gravure printing due to the repeated printing of one and the same pattern is eliminated and the peculiarity in the pattern is inconspicuous.
SOLUTION: At (S6), a random pattern for eliminating the monotonous feeling in accompany with the repetition of one and the same pattern is formed by inkjet printing on the designing surface of the building board, on which a primer coating is applied at (S1), an intermediate coating is applied at (S3) and a top coasting is applied by a roll coater at (S5), and then one and the same pattern is repeatedly printed by a gravure printing at (S7). Finally, a clear coating is executed at (S8). The random pattern by inkjet printing is formed at positions and in shapes different from one another in every building board. The random pattern may well be employed as a gradated one.
