PURPOSE: To simplify an attaching structure of a decorative material consisting of an end rail portion and a drip portion so that construction and member costs can be reduced by attaching the decorative material to a bracket provided on the exterior wall of a balcony unit.

CONSTITUTION: A decorative material 5 comprises an end rail portion 52 installed in front of the lower edge of the exterior wall surface of a balcony projecting from the exterior wall surface of the lower story and a dividing portion 51 extended from the lower end of the end rail portion 52 to below the side edge of the eave soffit 21 of the balcony. To a bracket 4 mounted on the exterior wall 24 of a balcony unit 2, the end rail portion 52 of the decorative material 5 is secured by threading a tapping screw 26 into place. Therefore, the need for a joist used for attaching an eave-soffit dividing bead to the balcony unit 2 is eliminated, resulting in cost reduction.
