To enhance design property and to simply obtain it by providing a design layer harmonized with a convex and having different area ratio on a surface of a base material having two types or more convexo-concave parts having a smooth surface and fine convexo-concave surface in an embossing shape of a convex surface of large convexo-concave part partitioned by joint.
A front surface shape of a convex part 2 except a joint 1 of a base material 4 of inorganic plate state having a large convexo-concave part partitioned to the joint 1 and the convex part 2 is formed of a smooth surface 5, and a fine convexoconcave surface 6 having a part (recess part) not transferred to execute a design layer 3 in a shape having different transfer area ratio. The overall surface of the material 4 of inorganic plate state having two types of the surface 5 and the surface 6 except the joint 1 is coated with base boat 7 of a joint color, and only the part 2 is coated with colored base coat to become the convex color. And, the design surface of a transfer sheet is brought into close contact with a colored base coat surface, pressed by a roll from above, and the desired layer 3 is transferred. Thereafter, a protective layer 10 is provided on the entire surface.
