To provide a decorative resin sheet which has a transparent protective layer excellent in scratch resistance on a surface thereof and is excellent in flexibility.
The decorative resin sheet is a laminate sheet including a first resin layer 11, a second resin layer 13 and a pattern layer 15. The first resin layer is the transparent protective layer containing a thermoplastic resin or a curable resin. The second resin layer is a support layer comprising a thermoplastic composition which contains: 5-50 mass% of a rubber-reinforced graft resin (1) that is obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable unsaturated monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer and has a volume-average particle size of 80-250 nm and a graft rate of 50-150%; 50-95 mass% of a polymer (2) that comprises at least one of (co)polymers obtained by using the polymerizable unsaturated monomer and contains ≥50 mass% (meth)acrylate unit, wherein the content of the rubbery polymer is 5-40 mass% of the total of component (1) and (2).
