PURPOSE: To perform V-cut processing and lapping processing at after-processing by layering a thermoplastic resin layer, a masking solid print layer, and a picture pattern print layer in sequence on a surface of a paper base material layer, forming embossment, and further providing an ionizing radiation setting resin layer as a top coat layer.
CONSTITUTION: On a paper base material 2 consisting of a thin cut paper, an extrusion coat layer of a thermoplastic resin layer 3 is provided. On its top face, a masking solid layer 4, a brightening coloring layer, and a grain picture pattern layer 5 are provided as printing layers. After a grain vessel-like embossment is formed on the printing layers, a top coat layer 6 consisting of an ionizing radiation setting resin having a thickness of 15-25μm is applied thereon. For the material of the ionizing radiation setting resin for forming the top coat layer 6, a composition obtained by properly mixing an acrylate (including metacrylate) monomer in a prepolymer having an acryloyl group (including metacryloyl) and an oligomer is used.
