Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracardiac defibrillation catheter system in which the occurrence of such a trouble that voltage is applied to an electrode of a defibrillation catheter while a baseline of an electrocardiogram fluctuates (drifts) can be avoided.SOLUTION: The intracardiac defibrillation catheter system includes a defibrillation catheter 100, a power source device 700, and an electrocardiograph 800. The power source device includes a DC power source part 71, an external switch 74 including an energy-applying preparation switch 744 and an energy-applying execution switch 745, and an arithmetic processing part 75 for controlling the DC power source part. When an abnormal wave height event occurs after the energy-applying preparation switch is input until the energy-applying execution switch is input, the arithmetic processing part controls the DC power source part such that the DC voltage is applied to a first DC electrode group 31G and a second DC electrode group 32G synchronously with event (V), as long as the event (V) is sensed after a designated standby period passes from occurrence of the abnormal wave height event.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
