Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming agent where the influence of defoaming performance to the variation of the service temperature of the defoaming agent is little as a non-aqueous coating composition.SOLUTION: A defoaming agent: which includes fluorine-modified organopolysiloxane A containing an organosiloxane unit a and aryl-modified organopolysiloxane B containing an organosiloxane unit b; where the content of the organosiloxane unit a is 10-80 mol% based on the moler number of all organosiloxane units constituting the fluorine-modified organopolysiloxane A; and where the content of the organosiloxane unit b is 50-99 mol% based on the moler number of all organosiloxane units constituting the aryl-modified organopolysiloxane B, and a non-aqueous coating composition including the defoaming agent are provided.
