Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization, low vibration, freedom from fluorocarbon, elimination of the need for piping to discharge fluid of a high temp. and high humidity, optimization of the temp. of dry fluid and an increase in the total amt. of the dry fluid which can be supplied. SOLUTION: This dehumidifying device has a fluid flow passage 2 for moisture absorption and a fluid flow passage 3 for regeneration and has a hygroscopic rotor 1 which rotates in the state of partly infiltrating both fluid flow passages 2, 3. Thereby, the moisture included in the fluid flowing in the fluid flow passage 2 for moisture absorption is absorbed by the hygroscopic rotor 1. The moisture absorbed by the hygroscopic rotor 1 is released by the fluid flowing in the fluid flow passage 3 for regeneration. In addition, the prescribed position nearer the downstream side than the hygroscopic rotor 1 in the fluid flow passage 3 for regeneration is provided with an endothermic side of a first Peltier element 5 for cooling and dehumidifying the fluid and is provided with a mixing flow passages 6 for mixing the dry fluid cooled and dehumidified by this first Peltier element 5 and the dry fluid dehumidified by the hygroscopic rotor 1.
