The dental appliance 10 has a single hand piece 2 unitary formed by molding, the hand piece having fluid conduits 14, 16 formed within the hand piece during a mold forming process. The conduits convey a pressure fluid from a proximal end having an industrial standard coupler to a terminal end having a head piece unitary formed by molding for containing a canister- type rotation turbine for detachable fixing a dental bar 22. Preferably, a venturi chamber formed between the canister and the pressure conduit 14 of the conduits is mutually fluidly connected to the conduit 14 and an entrance of an impeller of the turbine 18. An exit of the impeller of the turbine 18 is fluidly connected to the discharging conduit 16 of the conduits at an exit of the canister.
