Abstract:
To provide a deodorizing method which enables the quick and efficient removal of odors generated from wastewater, and raw sludge, surplus sludge, digested sludge, coagulated sludge and the like generated when treating wastewater, or washing water of a washing device, and their mixture.
In the deodorizing method, sulfur odorant-containing medium is treated with a peroxide, nitrate ions, and calcium formate.
