Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize action for obtaining an image with the high depth of focus and to easily obtain the image as intended by an observer while reducing the load imposed on the observer operating a device.
SOLUTION: A device main body 1 is provided with an image input integration part 21 fetching a picked up image by using a microscope 4 switching and using plural objective lenses 13, moving a focusing position at an object surface and projecting an object image on a CCD camera 2 and obtaining the integrated image from the plural images including the image fetched over plural times and focused at the different object surface and an image processing part 22 executing the recovery processing of the image by using a recovery filter for the obtained integrated image. Further, it is provided with a filter set part 26 previously setting a corresponding filter among the plural filters every respective lenses 13, a filter selection part 27 selecting and setting a recovery filter other than the filter set by the set part 26 and a CPU 24 switching the corresponding recovery filter according to the set contents of the set part 26 and the selection part 27 when the lens 13 is switched.
