Title:
DESALTING PROCESS FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009126728
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a desalting process for a reinforced concrete structure where, even in a horizontal downward face or a vertical face, an operation in accordance with the shape thereof is possible, an influence on alkali aggregate reaction is reduced, stable current density can be set, and the replenishment of an electrolytic solution during energizing can be reduced as well, and to provide a desalting process using an electrolytic member which is effective to a reinforced concrete structure under an environment to be subjected to a salt damage and not decomposed even in the electrolytic solution of a high pH.

In the desalting process, highly water-absorptive starch, as an electrolytic member absorbed with an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble lithium compound, is stuck to a conductive member formed along the surface shape of reinforced concrete containing a salt component, and is brought into contact with the reinforced concrete, a water shielding member covering the whole or a part of the reinforced concrete, the conductive member, and the electrolytic member is applied, and, with the reinforcing rod in the reinforced concrete as the cathode and the conductive member as the anode, voltage is applied to both the electrodes, so as to reduce the salt component.
