Abstract:
To provide a detection device that can improve the detecting accuracy.SOLUTION: A detection device 3 includes a substrate 21, a plurality of photodiodes 30 arranged on the substrate 21, an insulating film 27 covering the plurality of photodiodes 30, and a conductive layer 34 provided on the insulating film 27. Each of the photodiodes 30 includes a plurality of first regions R1 where a p-type semiconductor layer 33, an i-type semiconductor layer 31, and an n-type semiconductor layer 32 are stacked directly in contact, and a second region R2 where at least the p-type semiconductor layer 33 and the i-type semiconductor layer 31 are stacked apart from each other. The i-type semiconductor layer 31 and the n-type semiconductor layer 32 are provided apart from each other for the plurality of first regions R1. The conductive layer 34 is connected to each n-type semiconductor layer 32 of the first region R1 through a contact hole H1 provided to the insulating film 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
