Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a capping condition of bottles by providing a detecting means checking the capping conditions of inner caps by positioning a detecting bar of the detector at a toner discharge opening of a container and another detecting means checking the presence of the inner cap by positioning a detection pin at the projection of a capper.
SOLUTION: When detecting a capping conditions of a toner container (toner bottle) 30 charged with a toner, a capping condition detector is arranged at the rear side of a production line for the bottles 30. And a detecting bar of the detector is transferably set in the vertical direction against the slider base of a slider 6 in the state that the detecting unit 1B is set with the container 30, and the detecting bar is positioned to get into contact with the toner discharge opening. And the detecting pin 10 of the detecting unit 1B is set to be vertically transferable in the center of the detecting bar and positioned to touch the projection of the capper 32 and detect whether the inner cap is put on. The upper detecting sensor 12 of the detecting bar is fitted to the slider 6 base.
