Abstract:

To provide a cartridge that avoids overflow of a waste-agent storage part, prevents image deterioration, and is a simple structure, and to provide a developing device and image forming device having the cartridge.

Waste toner in the waste agent storage part 24 is transferred to an unused agent storage part 23 through a transfer passage 28. When the pressure of the waste toner becomes higher than predetermined pressure, a closing means 33 uncovers a hole 29 of the transfer passage 28, which is on the side of a space for the unused agent. Not only the overflow of the waste developer from the waste agent storage part is avoided but also the uncovering of the hole on the side of the space for storage the unused agent is controlled according to the transfer of the waste developer by the transfer means.
