Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable vertically parallel moving of a table by arranging cylinders and rams mounted to correspond to a plurality of legs one to one and a thread bar which is screwed with an arm to advance or retract all rams integrally. CONSTITUTION: To reduce legs, a ram 2 of a pump is retracted through a handle 9, a screw shaft 4 and an arm 3 so that a pressure oil in a fixed leg 6 is vented and, moreover, a stretchable leg 8 is housed into the fixed leg 6 by a spring 10. The ram 2 is retracted, and an equalization hole 1c which lets a cylinder 1a on the side of the pump with a piston 7 contacting a stopper 6a communicate with a compensator 14 made up of a rubber bag 11, a spring 12, a cover 13 and the like directly or through a pipe 23 is opened by being released from the sealing thereof 1C with the ram 2. Thus, when the ram is retracted, the individual cylinders communicate with the compensator 14 and the sufficiency or insufficiency of oil is compensated to reset the cylinders to the initial state. This eliminates unbalance of the amount of oil between the cylinders thereby always enabling vertically parallel moving of the table.
