Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly and efficiently clean tube inside which is hard to treat online.
CONSTITUTION: The device is the one of hand-holdable type which is operated by a worker holding it by hand. On the tip part of the device, a cap 5 fitted in the end part of a tube 14 is provided. Behind the cap 5, an elastic body loading part 3 loaded with an elastic body 7 such as felt impregnated with washing liquid is installed. Further behind it, an air pressure cylinder 4 is installed. By a head 9 fitted to the tip of a rod of the air cylinder 4, the elastic body 7 in the elastic body loading part 3 is pushed into the cap 5, and continuously pressure air is jetted from the head 9, allowing the elastic body 7 to be launched into the pipe 14.
