Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably work an oscillation device by restraining the oscillation characteristic.
SOLUTION: A control device 30 contains a driving waveform generating means 34 for generating a command value of spool position and the command speed of the spool from a working command value, a spool positional arithmetic means 31 for calculating the position of the spool 17 from the number of revolutions of a servo motor 15 as quantity of spool state, a rod positional arithmetic means 32 for calculating the position of the rod 18 from the detected signal of a first positional sensor 20 as quantity of rod state, a mold positional arithmetic means 23 for calculating the position of the mold 10 from the detected signal of a second positional sensor 19 as quantity of mold state and a speed command arithmetic means 39 for calculating a revolutional speed command of the servo motor 15 by calculating the speed command quantity of the spool 17 according to the positional command value of the spool 17, the command speed of the spool 17, the quantity of the spool state, the quantity of the rod state and the quantity of the mold state, and multiplying this speed command quantity of the spool 17 by a prescribed constant to control the servo motor 15 with the revolutional speed command.
