CONSTITUTION: In this algae culturing device, a light-transmitting lid 8 is attached to a vessel 7 providing a heater 1, a liquid temperature sensor 2, a pH-measuring sensor 14 and a discharge part 3 in the bottom and providing a discharge part 5 in the upper part and providing a stirring air generator 25 in the middle part of the bottom to form a culturing tank (a), and a controller 9, a cooler 10 and an air fluid device (d) for introducing air into the stirring air generator 25 is a machine frame (b) installing this culturing tank (a) and cooling air of the cooler 10 is provided so as to be able to introduce air into the stirring air generator 25 or the air fluid device (d) and the heater 1, a driving source of the air fluid device (d), the liquid temperature sensor 2, the pH- measuring sensor 14, the cooler 10 and all or part of a cold temperature sensor of the cooler 10 is controllably connected to the controller 9.
