Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for culturing fine alga, capable of increasing growing speed of fine alga and to provide a device therefor.

CONSTITUTION: This method for culturing fine alga comprises growing fine alga by photosynthesis using a liquid medium so that the temperature of the liquid medium is controlled in the range of 15°C to 30°C. This fine alga-culturing device is constituted so that the temperature of the liquid medium may be controlled by separating the mixed liquid of the fine alga/liquid medium into fine alga and a liquid medium and heating or cooling the separated liquid medium by a heat exchanger.
