To provide a device for cutting fish roe fibrous membrane automatically and continuously removing fibrous membrane parts adhering to each of fish roe granules separated from ovarian membrane by a device for continuously separating fish roe so as to produce fish roe granules having high commercial value.

The device for cutting fish roe fibrous membrane is set up to a device for continuously separating fish roe with an ovarian membrane including a lot of fish roe granules into the ovarian membrane and a lot of separated fish roe granules. The device is provided with: an inner space 21 in which a lot of transferred fish roe granules separated from the ovarian membrane are acceptable from the device for continuously separating fish roe; an oscillating surface 22 formed into a mesh state through which the fish roe granules E1, ... accepted in the inner space 21 can be conveyed and passed; a rotary cylinder part 20 rotationally set up; and a fibrous membrane-cutting member 33 which is closely set up to the mesh-state oscillating surface 22 of the rotary cylinder part 20 and can cut the fibrous membrane part adhering to the fish roe granules falling down from the oscillating surface 22.
