Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a deburring device in a shell core for casting high in operatability and easy for preparation of a programing before the operation.
CONSTITUTION: An arm 4 is fitted to a beam 3 so as to be horizontally shiftable, and a deburring tool supporting part 6 is fitted to the arm 4 so as to be horizontally shiftable and in the deburring tool supporting part 6, the deburring tool 29 is made to be vertically shiftable. By this constitution, the position of the deburring tool 29 is grasped with a three-dimensional coordinate and the control is facilitated. The shell core 15 for casting is fixed to a fixed table 8 with a clamp 16. The fixed table 8 is inclined by a servo-cylinder 12 and the contact angle between the deburring tool 29 and the surface of the shell core 15 can be made to be good.
