This device is provided with a tank 3 having a gas feeding pipe 1 for feeding gas containing odorous components such as ammonia on the side thereof and having a discharge pipe 2 at the top thereof, a water spray pipe 4 arranged in the upper part inside the tank 3, an ozonator 12 for forming ozone, and a vortex turbine pump 11 for sucking in circulating water 6 stored in a part near the inner bottom of the tank 3 and ozone from the ozonator 12 to feed them to the water spray pipe 4. Ozone water 13 discharged from the pump 11 is caused to flow down into the tank 3 from the water spay pipe 4, and by this ozone water 13, odorous components contained in the gas fed into the tank 3 is oxidized and removed.
