There are provided a printer 27 printing a bar code B for classification on paper sheets of an optional number carried by a carrying system installed on a device body, a bar code detecting part 30 detecting the printing condition of the bar code printed on each paper sheet P, or the like, a shift sensor 35 detecting the pass of each paper sheet P, or the like, carried by the carrying system and transmitting a signal for specifying the paper sheet, or the like, a plurality of classifying boxes for accumulating the paper sheets, or the like, classified by the printing condition of the bar code B, and also there are provided a CPU for judging the printing condition of the bar code B printed to each paper sheet P, or the like, based on the detected result by the bar code detecting part 30, controlling the classification of and the accumulation to the above classifying boxes and making the above paper sheets, P or the like, correspond to the printing condition of the bar code B by the signal from the sensor 35 for specifying the paper sheets, or the like, and a display part displaying the result made the paper sheet P, or the like, to correspond to the printing condition by the CPU.
