Abstract:
To visually recognize unlocking and easily open an engine hood in an opening/closing device for the engine hood of a construction machine.
A locking device 32 for locking an engine hood 31 to a counter weight 30 of a machine body is provided such that the device is engaged with the counter weight 30 and the other side of the engine hood 31 due to weight of the engine hood 31, and a spring 40 that accumulates elastic repulsive force during locking and shoots up the engine hood 31 above the locking position with the accumulated elastic repulsive force in unlocking is arranged between the counter weight 30 and the other side of the engine hood 31.
