To provide a device for extending and bending a drainpipe of a fire engine, which allows the drainpipe to be extended up to the top end of its ladder.

A fire engine is equipped with a telescopic ladder bent at the top end via a hinge, and a hydraulic cylinder which can adjust the bend state or angle of the ladder. The ladder is equipped with metal drainpipes which are made to fit inside each other in a nested structure so that they can be joined for extension. The drainpipes form a ball joint bending portion at the position corresponding to the ladder's bend part, where a water pathway is formed inside.
